File a complaint

General information

Any individual requiring Le Tournant's services as a user, or any person designated by them if unable to do so themselves, can file a complaint if they wish to express their dissatisfaction and receive explanations or corrections regarding the services they have received or should have received from us and for which they have not obtained a satisfactory response. To do so, you can contact us by filling out our online form. You can also file your complaint with the Service Quality and Complaints Commissioner of the CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest by contacting them at 450 699-2425 extension 2462 or 1 800 700-0621, or via email at insatisfactions-plaintes.cisssmo16@ssss.gouv.qc.ca

If you need help or support filing your complaint, you can contact the Centre d'Assistance et d'Accompagnement aux Plaintes (CAAP) de la Montérégie at 450 347-0670 ou au 1 800 263-0670.
